Safe
  • Safety deposit box hire available. The hotel will not be held responsible for objects not deposited in the safety deposit box.
Wi-Fi
  • Free access throughout the hotel. Ask for your access code. To connect select Playanatural Garden as the network, open our webpage www.gardenhotels.com and enter your access code.
Reception
  • Open 24 hours a day. Ask about supplements for the various “upgrades” for board basis and/or room type.
Credit
  • We have an exclusive system available for our clients and to activate it you only have to provide details of a Visa or Mastercard and show your personal ID card or passport to our reception staff and you can then pay for any extras at the end of your stay (accommodation costs not included).
Wake-up service
  • Please request this service if you wish to be woken at a specific time.
Flowers
  • You can order flowers if you wish.
Luggage
  • Luggage room and shower available.
Pool towels
  • We provide a pool towel service. For further information, please ask at reception.
Rental
  • Car and bicycle hire.

  • If you prefer your room to be cleaned at a specific time of day, please speak to reception.

Sharps Collection
  • There are sharps boxes available at reception for disposal of needles, syringes and other sharp objects.
Pets
  • Pets are not allowed to access communal areas of the hotel. You will be provided with an explanatory leaflet.
Conscious towel change
  • If you will use your towels again, just hang them on the towel rail. If you would like fresh towels, please leave the used ones in the washbasin.
Telephone
  • To contact reception, dial 9. To make an outside call you need to activate your line, once activated just dial 0 followed by the prefix and number. To call another room, just dial the room number.
Air-conditioning
  • The doors and windows must be completely closed in order for the air conditioning to work properly.
Electricity
  • Voltage is 220V.
Television
  • The TV is operated by remote control. Check out our Garden Channel on numbers 1 or 2 on your TV.
Check-out
  • On the day of departure, you must vacate the room before 12:00h and leave the key at reception. We request that any outstanding bills are paid the day before departure in order to avoid queues on departure day. Ask at reception with regards to extending the time of departure.
Wellness Zone
  • Discover true well-being thanks to a wide range of available treatments, massages, and a water circuit that includes: a heated pool with swan-neck jets, and waterfall effect, loungers, massage cabins, bi-thermal showers, water beds, hot and cold pools, Turkish bath with eucalyptus aromatherapy, and a sauna. Ask reception for details on the different body, facial, and foot treatments available. Up to 20% discount on the water circuit at our Spa for All Inclusive clients.
Linen change
  • Linen is changed every three days, in an effort to save water. If you do not need us to change the sheets, please let reception know and help us protect the environment.
